Friendly GGPO updates

I try to stay on top of the GGPO updates as they come out, however, I've been a bit behind due to the holiday season. Well thankfully, the holidays are over and I have a lot more time now to re-visit all of those things that I've been neglecting for the entire month. Imagine my surprise when I found that GGPO is now featuring 3 more games with the promise of a lot more on the horizon...

Currently with build 26 of GGPO (which can be found at GGPO.net), the list of supported games has expanded from Street Fighter Alpha 2 and Marvel vs Capcom to include Darkstalkers, Dungeons and Dragons Shadow over Mystara, and my personal favorite, King of Fighters '98. My appreciation goes out to ponder and the rest of the GGPO team for updating GGPO to include not only a SNK fighter, but also one of the greatest CPS-2 beat 'em ups, Dungeons and Dragons Shadow over Mystara.

The versatility of the GGPO system really is being highlighted with the latest builds. What began as a simple way to play a fighting game with 0 input lag is expanding to become one of the more satisfying experiences when it comes to peer-to-peer online 2D arcade games. I only hope that they continue evolving the system and adding support for even more additional genres...
